Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead all on-site construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations and project schedules.
• Oversee subcontractors and trade partners.
• Ensure project quality, safety, and timely completion.
• Maintain project documentation and site coordination.
• Foster strong relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
• Knowledge of LEAN construction and LEED building practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and technology skills.
• Ability to travel and support remote project assignments.
