Project Manager

What You'll Do As a Project Manager, you will lead projects from initial planning through final delivery, ensuring schedule, cost, quality, and customer expectations are achieved. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple customer and internal projects simultaneously. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and Operations. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and performance metrics. Drive problem resolution and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders. Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership and customers. Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Project management experience within manufacturing, electrical equipment, construction, industrial, or related industries. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with electrical power distribution equipment, switchgear, control systems, or industrial manufacturing environments. PMP certification or formal project management training. ERP/MRP system experience. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement principles.
