Position Overview

True Care Health Staffing is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide compassionate, reliable nursing care in an inpatient mental health setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor and document patient conditions
• Assist with maintaining a safe and supportive environment
• Communicate patient needs and changes in condition to the appropriate clinical team
• Complete required documentation and nursing reports
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Support patients with dignity, compassion, and respect

Requirements

• Current and active LPN license in Georgia
• Previous healthcare experience preferred
• Mental health or behavioral health experience is a plus
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Reliable and professional
• Ability to work 12-hour day or night shifts
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team

Compensation & Schedule

Compensation: $30–$35 per hour
Employment: 1099 – PRN
Shift and Schedule: 12-hour shifts | Day and Night shifts available
