About the Role As the primary point of contact for specialty pharmacy patients, you’ll support medication access, adherence, and care coordination in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. Key responsibilities: Coordinate refills, delivery, and medication access Support insurance navigation and copay assistance programs Monitor and improve medication adherence Communicate with pharmacists, providers, and clinic teams Resolve patient, insurance, and access challenges efficiently This role bridges retail pharmacy, clinical care, and patient advocacy—offering meaningful impact beyond traditional pharmacy technician work.
