About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP of Customer Success to lead the establishment of a new team dedicated to its most strategic insurance customers. This senior role is pivotal in maintaining and expanding the company's relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact across support, delivery, and sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for the senior relationship, account health, and growth plans, and will be expected to drive product adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure the customer's voice is heard in the company's product and customer feedback processes. The role demands a professional with a strong commercial acumen, executive presence, and a proven track record in customer success, particularly within the insurance or enterprise software industry. Applicants for the SVP of Customer Success position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' of relevant experience, with a background in customer success, implementation, delivery, or sales, and a focus on managing strategic or named accounts. Essential qualifications include experience in the insurance domain (P&C, Life & Pensions, or Reinsurance) or enterprise software serving insurers, as well as a deep understanding of cloud-native or SaaS delivery and managed solutions. The role requires a candidate with the ability to operate at a C-suite level, be commercially fluent, and have a proven track record in owning retention and expansion outcomes. The ideal candidate will also have experience in account planning, growth coordination, and customer-side coaching.
