Wash Wash Exterior Cleaning & Maintenance is a growing exterior home maintenance company serving Jacksonville and surrounding communities.

We provide homeowners with convenient, affordable monthly maintenance plans covering window cleaning, pressure washing, house washing, roof cleaning, and more.

We're building a large sales organization and looking for motivated individuals who want to earn based on their performance and grow with the company.

### The Opportunity

We're hiring Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to introduce homeowners to our exterior maintenance programs.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide training, a proven sales process, and the tools necessary to succeed.

Our introductory offer includes a complimentary exterior window cleaning when eligible homeowners enroll in a maintenance plan, giving representatives a compelling way to start conversations.

### Compensation & Earning Potential

- Uncapped commission-based compensation

- Starting commission: 75% of the customer's first monthly payment

- Increased commission rates with promotions

- No limit on the number of customers you can enroll

- Performance-based advancement opportunities

Example Monthly Earnings:

- 10 sales at $175/month = $1,312.50 commission

- 20 sales at $175/month = $2,625 commission

- 30 sales at $175/month = $3,937.50 commission

- 40 sales at $175/month = $5,250 commission

These figures are illustrative examples, not guaranteed earnings. Actual compensation depends on sales performance and applicable compensation terms.

Our Career Path:

1. Sales Representative

- Starting commission: 75%

- Learn our sales process and build your customer base

2. Senior Sales Representative

- Increased commission: 85%

- Earn promotion through consistent performance

- Help newer representatives develop their skills

3. Sales Manager

- Commission: Up to 100% of the first monthly payment on personal sales

- Additional 5% team commission override

- Help recruit, train, and lead a sales team

- Develop management and leadership experience

4. Location Operator

- Opportunity to oversee an entire Wash Wash location

- Eligible to earn 15% of location operating profits

- Lead sales, operations, and local business growth

- Opportunity to participate in our expansion into new Florida markets

Promotions are performance-based and subject to business needs, eligibility, and available positions. Leadership compensation is governed by the applicable agreement.

### Responsibilities

- Approach homeowners in assigned residential neighborhoods

- Introduce our exterior cleaning and maintenance programs

- Explain services, pricing, and promotional offers

- Help interested homeowners enroll in maintenance plans

- Accurately record sales activity using our company CRM

- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude

- Follow company sales procedures and customer service standards
