Responsibilities:

• Engage potential clients with confidence and clarity, turning initial consultations into lasting partnerships.
• Manage and nurture your sales pipeline, ensuring each lead receives personalized attention and follow-up.
• Utilize our modern tech stack, including Clio and AI tools, to streamline your sales process and enhance client interactions.
• Collaborate with our intake and sales team, sharing insights and strategies to elevate our collective success.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Analyze client needs and tailor legal solutions that align with their goals and our firm's offerings.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress, ensuring transparency and accountability in all dealings.

Qualifications:

• Experience in legal sales or a related field, with a proven track record of closing deals.
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with potential clients, turning consultations into partnerships.
• Proficiency in managing a sales pipeline, ensuring personalized attention and timely follow-up for each lead.
• Familiarity with modern tech tools, including Clio and AI-assisted platforms, to enhance client interactions.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to share insights and strategies with the intake and sales team.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
