Field Service Technician (2 Openings) – Spokane, WA

We are seeking two Field Service Technicians to support a large-scale device lifecycle refresh across multiple healthcare locations in the Spokane area. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role supporting three main sites in Spokane, along with surrounding clinics.

• Support device lifecycle refresh activities, including imaging, deployment, and replacement of devices
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, including PCs, peripherals, and printers
• Assist with IP address configuration and basic network connectivity issues
• Perform hardware setup, cleanup, and rollout activities across multiple locations
• Manage and resolve service tickets in a timely and professional manner
• Provide on-site, white-glove customer support to clinical and administrative staff

• Experience with device imaging and lifecycle refresh projects
• Working knowledge of printer setup and configuration
• Understanding of IP addressing and basic networking concepts
• Experience with hardware deployment, cleanup, and installation
• Strong customer service and communication skills (this is a highly patient-facing role)
• Ability to travel between Spokane-area locations as needed

• Full medical screening and drug test (including THC) required
• Must be reliable, professional, and comfortable working in healthcare environments

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Spokane, WA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
