Shift Details: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM, 3 shifts per week, 36 scheduled hours

Shift: Day, 3x12-hour (09:30 - 22:00)
Description: ER RN needed - ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC. Every other weekend. 5 years experience required as per manager.
Job Requirements & Qualifications: Previous charge experience, 5 years of experience, 4 patient ratio experience, Epic charting system experience, required travel experience. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC. Skills: BiPAP/CPAP management, care of ventilated patient, central line care/management, continuous IV sedation, emergency medications, interpretation of arterial blood gases (ABGs), interpretation of dysrhythmias, isolation precautions/PPE, IV vasopressors, management of dysrhythmias, procedural sedation administration/monitoring, triage.
Unit Details: Staffing & scheduling type: self. Patient ratios: Days, nights, and weekends 4. Weekend coverage true, number of weekend shifts per contract: 3 per week. Pre-approved time off: none. Orientation hours: 24.
Facility & Patient Care Details: Patient age groups: neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, geriatrics. Daily census: 50-70. Number of rooms: 12. Number of beds: 11. Interdisciplinary support: physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, unit secretary. Patient diagnoses: none. Special procedures/unit details: none. Special equipment: none.
Compliance: Onboarding: Must complete labs within 3-5 days of contract signing. Work history verification: 7-year work history verification required for all candidates. Deadline: All compliance documents due 10 days prior to start. Modules: Modules are non-billable. An average of 1-5 hours spent on modules and are factored into NBO. Any time spent on modules exceeding the 16 NBO hours are billable. Modules are completed during orientation, and module hours vary by specialty. Modules are recorded through e-learning.
