G\&S Acoustics is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Associate who wants to learn our products, develop customer relationships, identify opportunities, prepare quotes, and grow into a larger sales role. This is an Inside Sales role and is intentionally more sales-focused than a traditional assistant position. You'll support active opportunities, but we also want you talking with customers, following up on quotes, building relationships, and helping turn inquiries into orders. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, approachable, and comfortable communicating with others Organized and detail-oriented Dependable and takes ownership of their work Comfortable learning new computer programs and systems Able to manage multiple tasks and stay organized A team player who is also comfortable working independently Willing to ask questions and learn Positive, motivated, and ready to contribute Minimum of 2 years sales experience Starting salary will be based on experience and qualifications Previous office or customer service experience is helpful, but we're more interested in finding the right person who is eager to learn and grow.
