We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual (English/Spanish) Office Admin (Data Entry Clerk) to provide comprehensive administrative support and deliver excellent customer service. This role requires accurate data entry, managing customer communications, and supporting daily office functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data in company databases and systems.
- Handle inbound phone calls professionally, offering assistance in both English and Spanish.
- Provide prompt, courteous customer service to clients and visitors.
- Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and managing correspondence.
- Support team members by multitasking across various administrative responsibilities as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service is required.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
- Proven ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
