Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual (English/Spanish) Office Admin (Data Entry Clerk) to provide comprehensive administrative support and deliver excellent customer service. This role requires accurate data entry, managing customer communications, and supporting daily office functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update data in company databases and systems.
  • Handle inbound phone calls professionally, offering assistance in both English and Spanish.
  • Provide prompt, courteous customer service to clients and visitors.
  • Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and managing correspondence.
  • Support team members by multitasking across various administrative responsibilities as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service is required.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Proven ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
