Hourly FFS Outpatient Therapist - Telehealth

OUTPATIENT TELEHEALTH CLINICIAN

Work as a licensed or master‑level clinician in Massachusetts, delivering individual, couples, family, or group therapy to clients via 100% telehealth. The position is a W‑2 employee, with options for full‑time salaried or hourly fee‑for‑service roles. What You’ll Do Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth. Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care. Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change. Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners. Maintain documentation in the user‑friendly EHR system. Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed. Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary. Who You Are Master’s level or licensed clinician in MA (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT). Compassionate and motivated, seeking flexibility and meaningful work. Comfortable managing your own schedule and caseload. Available for some evenings or weekends. Strong documentation and time‑management skills. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship.
