What You'll Do

• Build lasting relationships with customers by providing an exceptional buying experience.
• Guide customers through every step of the vehicle purchasing process.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives while demonstrating product features and technology.
• Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Utilize our CRM system to manage leads, appointments, and customer communications.
• Stay knowledgeable on Buick, GMC, and pre-owned vehicle inventory.
• Work closely with management and our finance team to provide a seamless purchasing experience.
• Achieve individual sales goals while contributing to the success of the entire team.
