Social Media Content Creator Location: Quincy, MA (in-office, with travel to Weymouth studio as needed) Salary Range: $86,320-$129,480 Responsibilities Concept social‑first content strategies in partnership with the Social Content Creative Manager. Write copy for social media assets and assist with production of content, including shooting on‑site and editing videos. Develop breakthrough content that aligns with Stop & Shop’s brand strategy, visual guidelines, and tone of voice across all social media channels. Stay current with trends, viral products, editing styles, and platform‑specific formats, and generate unique, engaging takes on those trends. Represent Stop & Shop authentically on camera. Execute specific requests based on monthly, weekly, and daily briefs within a dynamic business environment. Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, producers, photographers, digital channel stakeholders, brand strategists, and project managers to meet objectives, schedules, and deadlines. Initiate solutions that meet marketing requirements and produce strong, branded assets for each channel. Accept and adapt to constructive feedback to refine creative work promptly. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Photography, Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2‑5 years of related work experience. Portfolios and/or social media links showcasing relevant content (e.g., videos, Instagram reels or stories, TikTok videos). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing on iPhone. Working knowledge of Adobe AfterEffects is a plus. Strong understanding of social media algorithms, hashtag strategy, and platform trends for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and ability to work independently and in a team.
