Pharma Social Media Strategist (Contract)

Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Contractor: Will assist with social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals. Responsible for day-to-day activity across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X), including willingness to monitor and act as needed 7 days a week. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, short-form video, etc.). Monitor trends and proactively recommend new content ideas and platform strategies. Engage with online communities by responding to comments and messages as required by FDA rules. Execute paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, and A/B testing. Collaborate with internal teams (design, patient advocacy, corporate communications) to ensure brand consistency. Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI). Optimize campaigns and content based on data insights and performance trends. Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all campaigns. Requirements of the Digital Marketing Contractor: Must have 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on paid and organic social media management. Experience with Meta Business Suite social media management and analytics tools. Experience in pharma/life sciences.
