What You'll Do

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care adhering to hospital protocols.
Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate interventions using the nursing process.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
Communicate effectively with patients and families, ensuring understanding and comfort.
Manage and delegate nursing resources efficiently to optimize patient outcomes.
Document patient care activities accurately using electronic health records.
Remain compliant with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.

What You Need
Required:

Active RN license in Louisiana
A minimum of 2 years of emergency nursing experience
BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills

Preferred:

Additional certifications in clinical specialty areas
Experience in fast-paced emergency settings
