What You'll Do

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
Assess patients' conditions and prioritize urgent needs
Administer medications and treatments accordance with protocols
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Document care accurately in electronic health records
Respond to patient emergencies promptly and efficiently
Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards

What You Need

Required:

Active RN license in Louisiana
BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

Additional certifications in clinical specialties
Experience with electronic health records systems
Ability to adapt to diverse patient populations
