As a Supply Chain Planning Supervisor, you'll contribute to JM's mission as a world leader in sustainable technology, transforming energy and reducing carbon emissions for a cleaner, brighter future.The role:As a Supply Chain Planning Supervisor you will help drive our goals by:• Planning material requirements and production schedules to meet customer needs across make-to-order, make-to-stock, and make-to-forecast workflows.• Generating long-range raw material forecasts and partnering with Procurement to ensure timely supply and accurate master data.• Monitoring inventory, identifying slow-moving materials, and supporting action plans to optimise stock levels.• Supporting IBP processes by analysing demand, reviewing capacity, and preparing long-range supply plans and materials.• Working closely with Manufacturing and Engineering to validate production feasibility and maintain accurate system data.• Acting as a team mentor, supporting data analysis, dashboard development, and continuous improvement initiatives.Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related STEM field.• 5+ years' experience in Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, or Project Management roles.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including VBA, pivot tables, and lookups, plus collaboration via Teams.• Experience with MRP/ERP systems or planning software, with strong numerical and analytical skills.• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently.• Strong Health & Safety awareness and an analytical approach to problem solving.Even if you only match some of the skills, we'd love to hear from you to discuss further!What we offer:We make sure salaries are fair, competitive and aligned to individual roles, experience and responsibilities.
