But at the heart of our business is our people. Role Purpose The Operations Agentis responsible forsupporting the safe, efficient, and on-time operation of airport activities. This position coordinatesaircraftservicing, monitors airside and terminal operations, ensures compliance with safety regulations, and works closely with airline partners, ground handling teams, airport authorities, and other operational departments to deliver exceptional service whilemaintainingoperational excellence. What you will be doing: Monitor daily airport and ramp operations to ensure safe and efficient aircraft turnaround Coordinate with airline personnel, dispatchers, ramp agents,fuelingteams, catering, cabin cleaning, baggage handling, and maintenance personnel Conduct routine inspections of airport operational areas, including ramps, gates, taxiways, and service roads Respond to operational issues, flight delays, emergencies, and irregular operations (IROPs) Communicate operational updates to internal teams and airline customers Ensure compliance with FAA, TSA, OSHA, airport authority, and company policies and procedures Complete operational reports, incident reports, safety documentation, and daily logs Assistwith gate assignments,aircraftparking, and equipment coordination as needed Monitor weather conditions and communicate operational impacts Support emergency response procedures andparticipatein safety drills Investigate operational concerns and recommend corrective actions Maintainaccurateoperational records using company systems and software Promote a culture of safety, customer service, and continuous improvement Perform other duties as assigned Safety, Security, Wellbeing and Compliance: You will have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to take reasonable care of the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself and others in accordance with provided information, training, and workplace health and safety rules or procedures.
