You do not need roofing experience. If you’re coachable, driven, and comfortable talking to homeowners, we’ll train you to succeed. Top performers earn $100,000–$220,000+ per year.
Average reps earn $36,000–$70,000 their first year . What You’ll Do:
- Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs (we train you)
- Explain the roofing process and available options
- Help customers through insurance claims when applicable
- Work independently while supported by a strong team
- Follow a proven sales system—no cold calling required
- Sales and inspection training (no roofing background needed)
- Uncapped commission – your income is in your control
- Flexible schedule
- Strong operational support (production, supplements, admin)
- Clear path for advancement

- Former or current sales reps (any industry)
