Your Role as a BCBA
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor RBTs, BTs, and ABATs to ensure fidelity of ABA interventions.
- Provide direct therapy sessions when needed.
- Train caregivers, families, and staff in behavior management strategies.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on data-driven outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with BACB standards and North Carolina regulations.
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification (required).
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience in ABA therapy and supervision of behavior technicians.
