Housekeeping Administrative Assistant- Railey Vacations Job Category : Bldg Services Full-Time On-site Locations Showing 1 location McHenry, MD, USA Description As the Housekeeping Administrative Assistant, you may look forward to: Notifying housekeeping of any changes to a reservation; to include but not limited to cleaning status, early check in, late check outs Maintaining the inventory of cleaning supplies Assessing properties for cleaning rates Updating arrival and departures Other duties as assigned Obeys all applicable Federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) You are a person that (required skills): The hours vary. You must be available weekdays as well as available to work weekends and holidays, as needed. Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Is able to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance Is customer service oriented, friendly and has strong communication skills Has time management skills and is punctual and reliable Is able to work quickly without compromising quality You’ll be better prepared if you have (desired skills): Prior experience as a cleaner Physically you can anticipate to: Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, carrying vacuum and supplies up/down flights of stairs, moving small furniture, using your arms and legs, and sitting Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation Subject to internal and external environmental conditions The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential responsibilities of this job.
