Acrisure Mortgage is seeking a detail-oriented TPO Loan Setup & Disclosure Specialist to join our FBC Mortgage TPO Division. This role is responsible for managing the front-end of the loan lifecycle, ensuring files are accurately set up, compliant, and ready for underwriting. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has experience supporting wholesale or broker channels.

Position Overview

The TPO Loan Setup & Disclosure Specialist is responsible for managing the initial setup and processing of loan files, ensuring all required documentation, verifications, and compliance steps are completed accurately and in a timely manner. This role plays a critical part in preparing loan files for underwriting and supporting the disclosure process.

Essential Job Functions:

File Opening & Processing

• Monitor and manage assigned inbox throughout the day to ensure timely handling of incoming requests and notifications
• Order Tax Return Verifications (TRVs) through the IRS
• Order, transfer, and cancel FHA case numbers as needed
• Order Social Security Number verifications
• Manage flood certification processes: Send flood disclosures and certifications for properties located in flood zones & update and maintain accurate flood certification information
• Review document upload notifications and forward CIC or disclosure-related items to the appropriate team

Loan Maintenance & Pipeline Management

• Cancel or withdraw loans as requested
• Submit second lien loans to Symmetry
• Actively monitor and manage several email queues

Underwriting Submission

• Review loan files to ensure all required documentation and data are complete
• Prepare and submit loan files to the Underwriting team
• Identify and address missing or incomplete information prior to submission

Disclosure Desk Responsibilities

• Review newly registered loans for compliance and eligibility
• Ensure loans meet acceptance and regulatory standards prior to disclosure
• Prepare and send initial disclosure packages to borrowers for signature

Skills and Requirements

• Must be available to work Pacific Time (PST) hours
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Methodical about analyzing processes and systems to fully understand their functions
• Ability to work independently and within a team with minimal supervision
• Time management and responsiveness
• Problem-solving and critical thinking for accuracy and compliance awareness
