divh2Lending Specialist II Contract To Hire (Banking)/h2pWe are seeking a Lending Specialist to support loan processing and deal execution within a banking environment. This role manages the loan lifecycle from approval through closing and ongoing servicing./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliAct as the main point of contact for stakeholders throughout the loan lifecycle/liliManage deal pipeline and coordinate timely closings with Relationship Managers/liliReview and prepare loan documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy/liliSupport transaction execution, resolve issues, and manage risk controls/liliPartner with operations teams for loan booking, funding, and servicing (payments, draws, payoffs)/liliCommunicate with lenders to address any pre-closing issues/li/ulh3Requirements:/h3ulli35 years of experience as a Lending Assistant or Loan Processor/liliStrong communication and organizational skills/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office and banking systems (nCino preferred)/liliAbility to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment/li/ulh3Preferred:/h3ulliExperience with Commercial Real Estate and CI loan documentation/li/ul/div
