Responsibilities Work with each client to collect personal financial information including status, cash flow, and expectations for documentation in our CRM. Provide financial recommendations to clients for savings plans, life insurance policies, mutual fund investments, and other financial products. Leverage marketing and social media tools to identify, pursue, and secure new clients who can benefit from having a trusted financial service professional. Employ a research-based approach to providing financial advice and strategies based on educational meetings and/or seminars centered on client risk tolerance and financial goals. Assess each client’s potential life and financial needs to create an individualized financial plan that leverages the products and serves we offer. Qualifications Relationship management skills are required. Required to effectively network to identify potential new clients. Candidates need to be able to communicate complicated concepts and maintain strong principles such as honesty and integrity. Compensation $75,000 - $125,000 at plan commission.
