Position Summary KMS solutions, LLC is seeking a highly motivated individual to provide senior-level acquisition and technical support to NAVSEA PMS 340, supporting planning, execution, sustainment, and modernization efforts across Naval Special Warfare (NSW) and Navy expeditionary programs. The role requires strong analytical capability and the ability to coordinate across programmatic, technical, and operational domains. Support planning and execution of acquisition programs, including tracking milestones, risks, and performance metrics. Assist in developing and maintaining acquisition documentation, schedules, life‑cycle plans, and compliance materials. Provide cost, schedule, and performance analysis and support program reviews and decision forums. Assist in development, review, and coordination of technical documentation, system requirements, and test-related materials. Support evaluation of system capabilities, technology upgrades, and mission impacts. Coordinate meetings, reviews, and technical working groups with government and industry partners. Prepare program communication materials such as reports, presentations, and summaries. Required Education And Experience Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in acquisition, technical analysis, program management, or defense program support. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. Preferred Education And Experience More than 10 years of experience supporting defense acquisition or technical programs. Master’s degree in a business or technical field. PMP or equivalent professional certification. Experience supporting NSW, SOF, or JSOC programs. Experience directing or supporting complex technical systems, certification processes, or maintenance programs. Familiarity with Navy ERP, PPBE processes, and DoD acquisition procedures. Competencies Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills. High comfort level working with and around all military/organizational levels, clients, customers, suppliers, and visitors. Must be highly reliable and demonstrate personal initiative to operate in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Additional Eligibility Requirements Work Authorization/Security Clearance Requirement This position requires the ability to obtain and/or maintain a Secret DoD Security Clearance and required access to all worksite locations. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens. Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and throughout employment. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work The typical workday is eight hours in length. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, with concurrence from the supervisor. Attendance at mandatory meetings is required. Must be available during the core work hours as determined by the contract/location and must account for the required number of hours in a pay period to maintain Full-time status. Telework Telework may be allowed up to 60%. Subject to change based on business needs and customer requirements. Travel Ability to travel CONUS; potential to travel OCONUS. Travel up to 10% may be required.
