The Undersea Technology Portfolio, within SPA's Sea, Land, & Air Division, conducts rigorous and objective analyses to enable the Navy and other DoD organizations to make decisions, plans, and strategies to deliver emerging technologies and warfighting capabilities. We support clients across the undersea, naval special warfare, and expeditionary warfare enterprises, including those within resourcing and requirements, acquisition, and science and technology.SPA is seeking a Program Analyst to support NAVSEA's Naval Special Warfare Program Office. ResponsibilitiesProvide analytical and administrative support to PMS 340 staff, including developing and maintaining program documentation, conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis, supporting planning and resourcing activities, preparing briefs and reports, coordinating across stakeholder organizations, tracking taskers and program actions, and assisting leadership with decision‑support products to enhance program effectiveness and operational readiness.QualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant analytical or program support experienceDemonstrated experience in data analysis, program management support, and development of executive‑level documentationProficiency with Microsoft Office tools and ability to communicate effectively with senior leadersActive SECRET clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employmentDesired QualificationsExperience supporting NAVSEA, NSW units, or other SOF organizationsFamiliarity with DoD planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) processesBackground in workflow management, process improvement, or organizational analysisPay Range InformationAt SPA, we strive to deliver a robust total compensation package that will attract and retain top talent.
