Salary StatementEstimated Starting Salary Range: USD $136,850.00/Yr. - USD $228,100.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.DescriptionProviding contractor support to the Test and Evaluation/Science & Technology (T&E/S&T) Program ManagerOverseeing and managing multiple investment projects ranging in scale, scope, and technical domain for the T&E/S&T Program ManagerProviding strategic, balanced financial oversight and monitoring of multiple projectsAssisting the T&E/S&T Program Manager in managing multiple contractors and guiding multiple cross-functional teams, overseeing contributing program managers in executing complex initiativesLeading and conducting research on MDI portfolio issues, obtain relevant Department of Defense documents, conduct studies, analyze options, and develop documentation as requiredRequirements10 years of experience in budget, finance, and program management rolesStrong interpersonal skills, ability to initiate, facilitate and maintain sensitive relationships from management to senior executive levelStrong financial planning abilities, including budgeting, scheduling, and making strategic recommendationsAbility to manage multiple projects ranging in scale scope and technical domainsExperience in contractor assessments, particularly in compliance with DFAR regulationsActive or eligibility for TS/SCI ClearanceHighly adaptable with a willingness to learn technical aspects of the roleAbility to lead and mentor program managersComfortable with 50% travel, supporting engagements locally and internationallyStrong stakeholder engagement and strategic decision-making abilitiesDesired SkillsPMP certification (preferred but not required)Experience managing task ordersExperience in Defense industry and Defense systemsClearance InformationSRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET / SCI LEVELTravel RequirementsComfortable with 50% travel, supporting engagements locally and internationallyAbout UsScientific Research Corporation is an advanced information technology and engineering company that provides innovative products and services to government and private industry, as well as independent institutions.
