They will work closely with leadership and hiring managers to develop effective sourcing, screening, and hiring strategies across various markets. The Sr. TA specialist will also be responsible for providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process.ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development, and pre-employment coordination.Recruit for technical and specialized roles across architecture, engineering, construction, environmental, planning, and related disciplines.Coordinate interviews and maintain timely, professional communication throughout the recruiting/hiring process.Prepare and extend competitive offers in partnership with HR/TA leadership and business leaders.Develop sourcing strategies for niche roles and passive candidatesContribute to recruiting-process improvements, employer-brand initiatives, workforce planning, and talent acquisition projects.Represent the company at industry events and networking forums.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree in human resources, business, communications, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus in technical rolesDemonstrated success sourcing and engaging passive candidatesAbility to manage multiple searches, priorities, and stakeholders in a deadline-driven environmentStrong communication, organization, and negotiation skillsTalent acquisition experience within AEC industry preferred
