What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a busy ER setting
• Assess patients' conditions accurately and prioritize care based on severity
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
• Document patient care activities thoroughly and accurately
• Support patient and family education as appropriate
• Maintain safety standards and ensure infection control practices are followed
• Adapt to dynamic situations during emergency events and provide crisis support when needed

What You Need

• Active Louisiana RN license (or appropriate state licensure)
• Minimum 1-year ER nursing experience preferred
• Valid ACLS, BLS, PALS, and CPI certifications
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to accept on-call shifts and emergency assignments
