Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, Partner Calls, and leadership development. Master the use of PLACE Technology to optimize business operations. Actively participate in the PLACE Leadership Development program. Engage in PLACE Talent Attraction Consulting and implement effective systems. Advance your career as a real estate sales expert by prospecting and providing client consultations. Develop and manage both existing and new marketing campaigns. Lead and manage negotiations for all contract agreements. Ensure sales professionals effectively utilize database tools and maximize lead opportunities.
