Team-generated leads and scheduled appointments earned through active engagement in our system (see eligibility below). Daily team huddles via Google Meet (mandatory for team lead qualification). Ongoing coaching, training, and exclusive access to a resource portal with playbooks, scripts, recorded sessions, and more. Administrative and transaction support so you can focus on client relationships, showings, and negotiations. Compensation & Benefits This is a commission-only independent contractor (1099) position. Income varies based on effort and skill, with typical earnings ranging from $50k to $150k+, and top agents exceeding this. Additional perks may include health insurance eligibility (with 25+ closings/year), revenue sharing, stock purchase options, and other performance-based incentives. Responsibilities Graduate from PLACE Launch Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology Conduct two open houses monthly Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments Participate in weekly script practice per team standards Participate in team activities per team standards Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
