About the Department Account Executives, Channel Account Managers, Business Development Representatives, Solution Engineers, GTM Specialists, Customer Success, and Sales Operations work together to help customers adopt Cloudflare and create great Internet‑enabled experiences. The sales team helps customers solve real, technical problems while driving revenue that supports free service for millions. What You’ll Do As a GTM Specialist you will be responsible for growing Cloudflare One (CF1) revenue and product adoption. You will serve as the segment lead for CF1 sales, advise sales leaders on opportunities and programs, partner with technical sales teams, enable account executives on product positioning and competitive intelligence, grow partner engagement around CF1, create a feedback loop with product and PMM, and support strategic deals from discovery to close. Present to strategic customers as an expert of our SASE, SSE, and Email solutions. Align director and C‑level business value with Cloudflare solutions for securing remote work, modernizing corporate networks, adopting SASE/SSE, and protecting data. Develop and advise on sales strategies and pipeline generation with regional and country sales leaders. Build and maintain strong partner relationships. Prepare and present regular business reviews to management highlighting progress and challenges. Generate succinct feedback loops with PM, PMM, Demand Generation, Enablement, Programs, and Partners to deliver relevant CF1 data and anecdotes. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience selling or supporting cybersecurity, networking, identity management, cloud or SaaS solutions. Technical expertise in SASE, SSE, ZTNA, SWG, CASB, DLP, SD‑WAN, and Email Security or a proven track record of rapidly learning new technologies. Experience building territory plans, prospecting, and acquiring new logos in a competitive market. Knowledge of key market players and competitors in software‑defined networking, zero‑trust, and cybersecurity solution spaces. Strategic thinking and execution of corresponding objectives. Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate across internal and external organizations. Excellent presentation and public‑speaking skills. Bachelor’s degree. 10 – 20% travel. Compensation Compensation may be adjusted based on work location. For New York, Seattle, and Washington DC hires: Estimated annual salary $161,000 – $221,000. For Colorado hires: Estimated annual salary $146,000 – $201,000. For Bay Area hires: Estimated annual salary $168,000 – $231,000. Role is eligible to earn incentive compensation under Cloudflare’s Sales Compensation Plan. The ranges include on‑target incentive compensation. Equity Role is eligible to participate in Cloudflare’s equity plan.
