Founding GTM Lead

We are seeking a go-to-market leader to join us as a core leader and create the playbook for a new category of software. Our Vision Most of what we call management exists to compensate for the fact that building capable people has never been scalable. Axamy exists to replace this with a system that understands everyone and continuously makes everyone better, orchestrates across people/schedules/priorities/languages, and takes action, without constant human intervention. This changes not just how teams improve, but how organizations are designed, scaled, and run in the first place. Your Role You will own GTM, work directly with our founders, and applying your vision and expertise to achieve exponential growth. Product-Led Growth : Experience driving adoption through scalable, product-driven strategies optimized for individual buyers making fast decisions. You think in conversion, activation, and time-to-value—you’d rather get 100 teams using Axamy this quarter than close one Fortune 500 deal next year. Bottom-Up Builder : You can architect a go-to-market motion from scratch. You’ve owned or materially shaped SMB or bottom-up SaaS GTM—self-serve onboarding, lightweight sales assist, clear upgrade paths, and minimal friction to first value. Hands-On : You will personally test channels, write copy, ship experiments, talk to customers, and instrument funnels—comfortably doing the work yourself before building a larger GTM organization. Data-Driven Experimenter : You rapidly test channels, messaging, and tactics; double down on what works; and kill what doesn’t. You’re comfortable with ambiguity and comfortable being wrong as long as you learn fast.
