Founding Growth Lead (AI-Native Supply Chain Tech)
Location: Brooklyn, NY (On-site, 4 days/week)

The Opportunity:
Achieved meaningful traction in first months with real customer revenue. Transforming a $600B industry with AI-native infrastructure brokerage market is looking for a Growth Marketing Lead. Backed by repeat venture-backed founders with successful exits, this team gives independent freight agencies the technology, carrier automation, and operational leverage needed to run leaner and scale faster. Join a stealth-stage venture-backed team with successful founder pedigree at a pivotal growth moment. Having hit multi-six-figure ARR within their first few months of launch, they are scaling rapidly and need a high-octane growth operator to own their top-of-funnel engine from day one.

What You’ll Do:
• Own Top-of-Funnel Strategy: Define target buyer personas, messaging, and positioning to capture high-value accounts across the industry.
• Run Growth Experiments: Test and scale multi-channel campaigns across targeted outbound, high-impact content, micro-events/dinners, and ABM strategies.
• Mine Customer Insights: Partner directly with the founders to analyze sales conversations, refine value propositions, and turn objections into fuel for growth.
• Build Repeatable Systems: Turn successful experiments into scalable, automated lead-generation engines.
Who We’re Looking For:
• Scrappy and autonomous - thrives in fast-paced, high-speed environments where execution beats perfection.
• 4 to 8 years of experience in demand generation, B2B growth, or as an early startup founder (ideally pre-seed to Series B).
• Action-oriented, curious, and data-driven - tests results, learns from outcomes, and lets data guide next steps.
• Verified experience owning pipeline generation end-to-end at an early-stage startup
Bonus Points: Experience in supply chain, freight, logistics, ABM strategy, or event-driven growth.
