Founding Growth Lead - Build GTM Engine (Equity)

Converge is seeking a Founding Growth lead to build the entire marketing and pipeline generation function from zero. You will be the second GTM hire at a YC and General Catalyst-backed AI growth platform based in New York, owning the pipeline and shaping growth strategy with carte blanche to accelerate scale.
