The Role We need our first dedicated people hire — someone who will own everything from sourcing to offer letter to onboarding, and eventually build the people infrastructure that scales with us. This is not a recruiter role. It\'s a founding operator role for someone who believes that hiring is the highest-leverage thing a startup can do, and who will hold our quality bar like their life depends on it.
