Enterprise Applications Administrator

Our client is looking for a mid-level Enterprise Applications Administrator to join their IT Applications team. This role supports critical business systems used across finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations, and works closely with users ranging from accounting and plant operations to executive leadership. You will partner with internal users, internal application developers, and external support and development providers to resolve issues, define enhancements, test new solutions and versions, and improve how D365 FSCM supports operations. Responsibilities Work with business users to troubleshoot issues and improve system effectiveness Coordinate with third-party support and development teams on fixes and enhancements Gather and document requirements for system customizations Support testing, releases, and application lifecycle activities Provide administration for a cloud-based collaboration platform and aspects of a low-code application platform Continuously learn business processes and system capabilities across the enterprise Qualifications Experience supporting enterprise business applications, D365 FSCM Experience with Power Platform Strong communication and relationship-building skills Willingness and ability to learn complex business processes Curiosity, ownership mindset, and a desire to grow technically and functionally This role offers meaningful exposure to enterprise-scale systems, cross-functional collaboration, and long-term growth within an applications-focused IT organization.
