The Opportunity

Our client is a healthcare technology and managed-services company supporting hospitals and health systems with critical Input/Output environments, including printers, scanners, label devices, fax, and connected workflows.

They are looking for an experienced Enterprise Business Development Manager to develop new relationships with hospitals and health systems across New York.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a qualified enterprise sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, events, and partnerships.
  
• Identify and engage technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
  
• Build relationships with healthcare IT leaders and C-suite decision-makers.
  
• Lead the full sales cycle from discovery through negotiation and close.
  
• Deliver presentations, proposals, and business cases to executive audiences.
  
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
  
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership on strategic accounts.
  
• Consistently achieve pipeline and revenue goals.
  

Qualifications

• 6+ years of successful enterprise sales experience in technology, managed services, or related solutions.
  
• Healthcare IT or health-system sales experience strongly preferred.
  
• Experience navigating complex hospital purchasing and approval processes.
  
• Established relationships with healthcare IT decision-makers are highly valued.
  
• Strong executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  
• Proven ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles.
  
• Bachelor's or master's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  
• Uncapped commission structure.
