Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of M&A transactions, including financial modelling, valuation analysis, and due diligence coordination
• Oversee the preparation of high-quality client materials, including pitch books, CIMs, and management presentations
• Play an active role in client interactions, strategic advisory discussions, and transaction negotiations
• Supervise and mentor Analysts, ensuring quality control and professional development
• Support senior bankers in origination efforts, contributing to idea generation and maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements

• 4–6 years of Investment Banking experience, with a strong preference for Healthcare and/or M&A exposure
• Proven ability to independently manage workstreams across live transactions
• Advanced technical expertise in financial modelling and valuation methodologies
• Strong leadership capability with experience overseeing junior team members
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills xhyhwjd
• Background from an Elite Boutique, Bulge Bracket, or top-tier Middle Market firm preferred
