As a Security Officer in Jefferson, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic food and beverage location as an unarmed patrol officer. In this role, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents, and support employees and visitors with strong customer service and communication. Guided by a caring culture, teamwork, agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity, you will play an important part in daily site operations.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, office, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, maintenance issues, and/or access concerns at the location.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity while following access control procedures for employees, contractors, and delivery personnel in a food and beverage environment.
• Support assigned operations by helping to deter unauthorized access, observing compliance with site rules, and communicating professionally with staff and visitors regarding security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
