We're hiring a Marketing / Content / Creative Intern at Retell AI. This is not a "schedule social posts" internship. We want someone who understands storytelling, editing, internet culture, and how great products actually spread. At Retell AI, marketing = product + media + distribution.

A big part of this role is documenting life at Retell — the people, the energy, the product launches, the chaos, the late nights, the customer moments, the behind-the-scenes of building a fast-growing AI company.

You'll work directly with founders to turn product launches, office moments, and ideas into content people actually remember.

What You'll Do

• Shoot and edit day-to-day life at Retell
• Capture office culture, product launches, team moments, events, and behind-the-scenes content
• Turn raw moments into high-quality short-form videos and storytelling content
• Write launch posts, landing pages, and product demos
• Create content for X, LinkedIn, website, and other channels
• Help shape Retell's brand, voice, and creative direction
• Experiment constantly with new formats, hooks, and narratives
• Ship fast — every week

Who You Are

• You have strong taste in storytelling, editing, and visuals
• You know how to make videos/content feel modern and native to the internet
• You're obsessed with pacing, hooks, clarity, and attention
• You can independently shoot, edit, write, and execute
• You move fast and don't wait for instructions
• You've made things people actually watched, shared, or cared about
• Bonus if you love startups, AI, design, or creator culture

Compensation

• Full-time (in-person): $5,000/month + performance upside
• Part-time (20 hrs/week): $30/hour
