Patient Experience Senior Operations Specialist

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead operational initiatives that support the Patient Experience organization and enhance patient care delivery
• Manage documentation governance, including SOPs, operational resources, quality reviews, and audit readiness activities
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, process improvements, and change management initiatives to drive operational efficiency
• Support optimization of Patient Experience systems and technologies, including workflow enhancements, testing, implementation, and user support
• Analyze operational data and reporting to identify trends, support business decisions, and drive continuous improvement
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support budgeting, contract administration, escalations, and other operational

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in healthcare, patient support, operations, medical device, or a related environment
• Strong project management, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience working with CRM platforms, document management systems, and operational technologies
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to independently manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Comfortable with occasional travel (up to 20%)

WHAT WE OFFER

The pay range which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting is $86,000-$105,000/yr. This position may also be eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant in addition to a full range of benefits. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.
