We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This role is pivotal in analyzing financial performance, driving data-backed business decisions, and leading the charge on investment planning. The ideal candidate will act as a key advisor, evaluating trends and ensuring the successful execution and tracking of major projects.

salary: $39.99 - $40 per hour

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Analysis: Analyze complex financial data and prepare comprehensive reports to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Performance & Forecasting: Evaluate current financial performance, identify variances, and forecast future trends to mitigate risk and capitalize on opportunities.
• Investment Leadership: Take a lead role in the preparation of formal investment requests, ensuring all proposals are financially sound and aligned with company goals.
• Project Lifecycle Management: Track ongoing projects and capital expenditures, providing detailed reporting on value realization and ROI.
• Budgeting & Planning: Assist in the annual budgeting process and long-term financial planning to support departmental and organizational growth.
