Job Summary:

Provides skilled physical therapy services to patients, aiming to restore mobility, function, and overall well-being. Ensures optimal patient outcomes through comprehensive assessment and treatment planning.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and flexibility.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and health maintenance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, assessments, and progress notes.
• Comply with all licensing, certification, and facility policies to ensure quality care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid physical therapy license in the state of practice.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
• Maintain current CPR or BLS certification from an approved provider.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Exhibit professionalism and adherence to healthcare standards.
