Production AssistantWe are seeking a dependable and hardworking Production Assistant to join our team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations by maintaining our warehouse, delivering dump trailers and materials to job sites, and assisting production and field crews as needed. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, safety-conscious, and willing to help wherever needed to keep projects running efficiently.Responsibilities:Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentLoad, unload, organize, and stock materials, tools, and equipmentDeliver and pick up dump trailers, equipment, and materials from job sitesConduct routine vehicle and trailer inspectionsAssist production and field crews with project setup, cleanup, and daily tasksTransport tools and materials between the warehouse and job sitesHelp monitor inventory levels and organize warehouse stockEnsure tools, trailers, and equipment are properly cleaned and maintainedFollow all company safety policies and proceduresCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team membersPerform additional duties as assigned to support company operationsQualifications:Valid driver's license with a good driving record requiredAbility to safely tow and maneuver trailers preferredPrevious warehouse, construction, landscaping, or production experience is a plusForklift experience is beneficial but not requiredStrong work ethic and positive attitudeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable attendance and punctualityPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequentlyAbility to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift throughout the workdayAbility to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsComfortable operating trucks, trailers, and warehouse equipmentWhat We Offer:Competitive starting pay of $17.00 per hourFull-time, steady workOpportunities for growth and advancementSupportive team environmentHands-on work with a variety of responsibilities Pro Resources
