Concierge Home Care is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for home health in the Crestview, FL area. This role offers flexible scheduling, autonomy, and strong earning potential through a pay-per-visit compensation model .

Registered Nurse (RN) – Job Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments in the home setting
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care and patient/caregiver education
- Administer treatments and monitor patient condition
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust care as needed
- Complete, accurate, and timely documentation
- Health, dental, and vision insurance (eligible after 30 days)

Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Home health experience preferred (not required)
