About the Role As a Restoration Technician, you will assist in responding to water, fire, mold, storm, and other property damage emergencies. You'll work alongside experienced team members to help restore homes and businesses while delivering exceptional customer service during difficult times. Responsibilities Respond to emergency property damage situations. Perform water extraction, demolition, cleanup, and debris removal. Set up and monitor drying equipment, air movers, and dehumidifiers. Assist with mold remediation and fire damage cleanup. Pack, move, and protect customer belongings. Maintain clean and organized job sites. Follow company safety procedures and industry standards. Document work performed using company software and mobile devices. Provide professional and courteous customer service. Participate in on‑call emergency response rotation as needed. Qualifications No prior restoration experience required. High school diploma or GED preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor. Comfortable working in various indoor and outdoor environments. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be dependable, punctual, and customer‑focused.
