HIRING IMMEDIATELY: MAINTENANCE MECHANIC IN BELCAMP, MD

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Belcamp, MD. This individual will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production operations. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• $30.72 - $37.04 per hour with an additional $1.69 shift differential per hour for 2nd and 3rd shift
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:00pm), Monday - Friday
• 3rd shift
• Must be available to work weekends and overtime as needed
• Located in Belcamp, MD

Duties and Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on machinery
• Set up, adjust, and change machine parts and tooling as needed
• Diagnose issues with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Work with variable speed drive motors and direct drive motors
• Use micrometers and measuring tools for precision work
• Complete documentation for production, downtime, and maintenance
• Maintain safe working conditions and follow all safety protocols (LOTO, PPE)
• Assist with plant projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain housekeeping and organization in work areas

Requirements and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience working on close tolerance manufacturing equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with cams, clutches, and braking systems
• Knowledge of hand tools and industrial equipment
• Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read and complete production and maintenance documentation
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be safety-conscious and able to work in varying temperatures and loud environments
• Must be flexible to work any shift as needed
