- # Billing SpecialistPostuler: Utah, United States: Wisconsin, United States: Remote - Alaska: West Virginia, United States: Washington, DC: Temps partiel: Publié aujourd'hui: R0047255**WHAT YOU WILL DO** * Invoicing, credits, debits, etc. (customer account maintenance)* Proactively communicating to various departments on problem accounts* Working with the Collections Department to resolve customer billing issues.* Providing timely responses to customer and employee requests for information* Preparing information required for the month-end, and quarter-end* Account reconciliation **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR** * Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field* Experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or relevant experience**WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT** * Proven attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to process large volumes of transactions efficiently while maintaining data integrity* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **COMPENSATION DETAILS** The potential hourly pay rate is $19 to $21, with eligibility for bonus or merit program. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
